DRAMA CLUB CONTRACT-- Due 12/15!

All students who participate in the show--and their parent(s)--must complete a  stating that they understand the Drama Club policies and wish to be a member of the show.

Newsies T-Shirts, Drama Club Sweatshirts, and Program Ads Now Available to Order

You are now able to order your drama club gear (t-shirts and sweatshirts) and place various kinds of program advertising in our show program! 

Hard copies of all of these forms will be going home with students this week and extra copies will be available in the drama case outside the auditorium. The forms are also linked below.

Rehearsal Schedule and Information

About the absence form: 
Please fill out the absence form EVERY TIME you will miss rehearsal (unless you are absent from school or going to a regular after-school activity that we already know you have, such as Academy class or band).

This form must be filled out by 1:00pm on the day of your absence in order for you to be excused.

NO ABSENCES WILL BE EXCUSED DURING DRESS REHEARSALS OR PERFORMANCES.

NEWSIES CAST LIST COMES OUT TODAY!

The audition process for Newsies is now complete. There was so much talent on stage that even with 6 days and over 14 hours of auditions, it was very difficult to make our casting decisions. 

All of the adults who worked on the casting process– Mrs. Daigle, Miss Ciaffaglione, Mrs. Bidwell, Mrs. Mintz, Mrs. Morgan, Mr. Gray, and Mrs. Batista–  want to congratulate all of you who tried out for showing such talent, bravery, and perseverance. The good news is that ALL STUDENTS who auditioned have a role in the show. So no matter what part you get, we hope that you are excited to be a part of the team and ready to get started next week.

The final Cast List for Newsies will be posted here at 12:45 TODAY, and in Google Classroom, and on the bulletin board outside the auditorium. It will also be emailed to your teachers. Please read it carefully. You may put your initials next to your name on the physical page to show that you have seen your part.

Our first two rehearsals will be next Monday (11/27) and Tuesday (11/28) from 3:00 to 5:15. These rehearsals are for ALL students who are in the show. Please bring a 3-ring binder and a pencil; we will read through the show together and get to know our parts and each other. The full rehearsal schedule, permission slip, and other information is posted in Google Classroom.
