- The complete rehearsal schedule is available by clicking on the button above.
- Please review the schedule carefully to determine whether this is a commitment that you can make!!
- Please note that the schedule is subject to change. Check back often!
- Students are expected to attend ALL SCHEDULED REHEARSALS FOR THEIR PART unless arrangements are made in advance. This is the only way to have a high-quality show and ensure a positive experience for all those involved. For more information, or to report an absence, see Attendance Policies.
- Attendance at ALL dress rehearsals and performances is MANDATORY.
How do I know whether my character is needed at rehearsal?
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know whether you are needed at rehearsal! With 2 casts and well over 150 people involved, we cannot answer daily questions about whether you, personally, need to attend.
- First, you must know your character's name and/or group name.
- Use the Google Calendar linked above to see if your character/group is needed at rehearsal.
- WRITE DOWN which scenes and songs your character is in.
- Look at the schedule and see which scenes we are working on for a particular rehearsal:
- If your character is in ANY of the scenes or songs we are working on, you need to come!
- If your character is NOT in any of the scenes or songs listed for that day, you do NOT need to come that day.
- If you have more than one part, follow steps 1-5 for EACH of your parts.
- Members of BOTH CASTS must come to all run-throughs, dress rehearsals, and performances! That means, if you are double-cast and it is your counterpart's day to perform (e.g. if you are blue cast and it is the gray cast's dress rehearsal), you still come to support your counterpart, take notes, and fill in if needed.
